In 2002 Campus Cyclery installed new signage and repaired facade brick.
 
In 2002 JLH Enterprises installed new storefronts, lighting and painted the facade of 229 and 231 West McMillan Street.
 
In 2002 2510 Clifton Avenue installed a new awning and painted the facade to highlight architectural details.
 
In 2004 Inkrot Properties installed new energy efficient windows.
