Gateway District

CHCURC is currently working with several developers to create a cohesive and economically viable development plan for the Gateway to Clifton Heights.  This development plan will embrace the community’s past and its future by framing the dramatic entrance to this up and coming neighborhood.  This vision will be made possible via the adaptive reuse of Old St George as a historic landmark while across the street new construction will rise marking the future.  This investment in the physical landscape will continue the trend towards making Clifton Heights a destination neighborhood.
